A wonderful message to keep in mind as often as possible!!!!!

Do you guys do real or artificial? I'd prefer artificial (my allergies to a real tree make my eyes puff up and itch). But my husband and the girls like real - we're getting ours this weekend.

It's so nice of you to watch your grandson - daycare and babysitters are so expensive, it's often hard to find a job that can pay for that and still leave $$$ left over to live!
(((hugs)))

I just took a walk around the block. It was only 12 minutes or so but my mood has lifted.
Anyone else want to share anything - big or small?

I try to go to my "happy place" when I'm having trouble falling asleep - picture myself laying on a beach towel in the sand on some tropical island. Works sometimes...other times, not so much...
I hope you have a good weekend! HaylenView Thread

There are phone numbers you can call to talk to someone immediately.
Also, I think you need to call the doctor that prescribes your medication and talk about an adjustment. Sometimes, a small change can make a big difference in how you are seeing the world.
Are you seeing a therapist?
Please check back in so we can get to know you better and point you towards some resources!

I would suggest taking ANY small, tiny step that can make you feel better. Do you have a stroller? Perhaps you can take the baby around the block and collect some fall leaves? Maybe do some super deep breaths and some easy stretches? A jumping jack?
Can you give a call to the disability office for your city/state to check on your disability payment? I know it takes a while for the first check to come in but 7 weeks sounds excessive. Just finding that out might give you some peace of mind.
Please keep checking back in - and give that grandson a big hug - his love for grandma is unconditional!
