I know everyone out there is frusterated. Living with a depressed spouse can be hard. And you never know what days will be good and what days will be bad. I know sometimes I have been afraid to even leave the house and go to work knowing he may have a suicidal episode. When hes in his depressed moods I find he is quite selfish. Im sure he does not mean to be... but its hard to be the "rock" all the time. I started keeping a blog. And it really helps you vent and say what you want to say. Ponder your thoughts and feelings... heres the link to mine http://lovinghimcarefully.blogspot.com/ and if you start one be sure to let me know...Its honestly helped me so much and i recommend it to everyone out there living with a depressed spouseView Thread
