Thanks! Not sure if I could stomach the tea so we'll see how this goes. I'm keeping a log of when I take it and how I feel at different times of the day. Honestly, so far I think my mood swings are worse but I'm going to stick with it at least another week to give it a chance.View Thread
Hi everyone, I just had my initial appointment with a psychologist about a week ago for possible depression/anxiety...honestly not sure exactly what is going yet, have a follow up in 2 weeks. Just know something isn't right. I started taking St. John's Wort 2 days ago. Keeping a log of how I feel everyday to share with the psychologist on the 19th. Has anyone tried this? What was your experience? Thanks! CaraView Thread
