I am 18, was successfull in school but decided to follow my passion of riding; instead of remaining academic, I coasted through my exams missing many days off school to study an NVQ level 2 in Horse care; I still received good grades and went on to college to study the next level in horse management, I met my boyfriend at college while he was at university and although it was hard with both our pasts we have made it work. I now work in a job role I feel I am not getting enough from as a part time shelf stacker even though I would like to earn more to start a life but can't.
I'm not just another teenager throwing tantrums and claiming to be depressed or sucicidal, I really think I am slightly depressed maybe? I have cut myself before and it didn't help I usually just refuse to eat or binge (I'm 8 stone on a good day and 5ft5) I look in the mirror and can't find one thing I like, my boyfriend although he mens well infuriates me and patronises me over these issues only adding to them. I would really love to just find some peace with myself so I can take the risk and try and improve my out look on life but this downward spiral has me blacking out (hve been to the doctors with some tests but nothing came back) I want relief without having to go to the doctors, anyone have anything I should try?View Thread
