Sorry you're in the midst of a storm. It is exhausting isn't it? The good thing about storms is that they pass and the sun comes out again -- we just have to wait, sometimes it's quickly and other times it takes a while.
I don't mean to sound trite, I think you know that. These are the same kind of things I have to remind myself of. Not only been there, done that, but am there, am doing that, and will be there and will be doing that in the future.

Assuming you are over that flu thing you had (sorry, I've been offline a little while). So glad you were able to have the appt with the therapist. Do you have a good gut feeling for her - does she feel like a safe person to talk to?View Thread

I'm sorry I can't see the necklace (it's probably a computer issue on my end). I am thinking of you and I'm so glad that you are able to process this with us and that you feel like the pain is slowly beginning to fade.
