God bless you for having the courage to reach out. My husband left me after 19 years..... Your husband cannot help his illness. I believe it is the worst illness to have. My case no one understood I could not snap out of it. You are an angel for your husband. You are his rock. Some days are worse than others. Make sure his has a good doctor. I understand how easy it is to feel exhausted and not knowing what to do. When my son was 19 he made a very serious suicide attempt and I have stood in both places. I am a very spiritual person and that helps me. Take time for you. I find help and healing through music, and journaling. Does your husband have a dog? A puppy does wonders.....Dogs are very healing compassionate companions. May the Lord bless and keep you.View Thread
