I can understand when you say you look at your self and can't recognize who you are. You say you have a 9 year old daughter - thats wonderful try to use her as your motivation for going through the days. Try to get out of the rut mode for her and see if that helps.View Thread
This is my first time really seeking any form of forum for my depression. I was trying to convince myself I wasn't stressed or depressed I guess; anyway its so bad now that I contemplate hurting myself. First it was just others but now its me as well. I shake and have queezy feelings in my stomach, can't eat (no appetite), can't sleep. I think I've lost about 15lbs in the past 2 weeks.
