1. I called the 1-800 number on the container.
2. I asked them why they used HFCS.
3. I listened to their corporate response,
4. I told them I would not use their product again until they removed it.
I haven't used Yoplait yogut for several years now, and have found some very delicious replacements ... 1) Brown Cow Yogurt (a California product), 2) Mountain High out of Colorado, and the old standbys: 3) Breakstone and 4) (plain) Dannon. View Thread

I have HHT along with the Type 2 DB. I used to do about 100 pushups and 200 situps daily, until I started having these major nosebleeds (I also started bleeding from my tongue and other places).
I used to run in 10k's too and lift weights, bike, swim, play tennis, & hike (backpacking).
I've had numerous procedures over an extended period of time, including 2 parathyroid ops, 1 op on my small intesting (which removed a 3.5 cm nest of AVM's), 2 hernias, and countless cauterizations on my tongue & nose. My weight during this time went from 165 to 228 (during this time I was diagnosed with HHT & Type II). (I'm 5'8")
I have since dropped my weight to 192, mostly by walking and adjusting my diet (I try to not to consume things with more than 5g of added sugars/sweeteners of any form ). I've virtually given up the taters & white rice, most cereals (except oats) and breads (except rye and whole/sprouted grain if they do not contain certain additives). And I do eat veggies. My most recent A1C was 5.9. Is that too high?
I seemed to have "bottomed out" at this weight, but would like to lose at least 20 more pounds. Are there other types of exercises that I could do that would not be a strain on my vascular walls/AVM's, etc.?View Thread
