I was diagnosed with Type 2 over eight years ago and have been lucky enough to control my disease with weight loss, diet and exercise alone, so far. However, I do have occasional annoying tingling in my foot at bedtime. I have found that rubbing capsaisin cream into the foot (not between the toes!) before bed takes care of the problem.
I put my hand inside a plastic bag to massage in this potent cream, so I don't risk transferring the cream from my hands to any other area on my body.View Thread
