My husban(tipe 2) use insuline, but for the past 2 weeks I change his diet and he dosen't need more insuline. I found black tea is very good to lower your blood sugar, take 2 cups every day, one in the morning and other one after lunch, never on empty stomac is very strong.View Thread
you are doing well, eating 5 times a day is ok. but the apple you have to eat is the green apple. Also you have to clean your leaver, you need a cup of green tea after each meal. Good luck.View Thread
