With me, going to the Dr. was an easy way out. just take the pills and you'll control the t2 diabetes. Ive come to the conclusion that I really don't want to change my style of my eating. Fear basically took over because of the high #'s 4 months ago .The fear has subsided because I have brought my #'s substantially the past 4 months. What I have learned, gradually though, is that eliminating certain foods brings real benefits.
. I think I'm on the road to making to making a total change in my eating style.

My sense, after watching the pbs programs featuring Dr's Neal Barnard and Joel Furhman, is that Fat and dense sugar products(w/ hi glycemic index #'s) are the problems in diabetes.View Thread
