My Story:
I was diagnosed T2 May 2007 while hospitalized for a massively ruptured disk. My A1c was 11.9 hmm?

I have recovered from two back surgeries, changed my eating habits, added exercise into my daily routine and have a whole new perspective on living.

I currently take 2000 mg metformin and 5 mg glyubride divided morning and night. I have been able to keep my A1c between 5.7 and 6.3 since getting my numbers under control.

Please call the doctor who gave you the insulin. They are the one who would know.
