Just wanted to let you know about an exercise program that I found out about in my late 30's...Horizontal Conditioning (www.fuelplusfitness.com). It mainly uses body weight to create lean muscles without bulk. It is not easy, but the results are amazing when done consistently. The key to gaining muscle is overload...challenging your body, and Horizontal Conditioning definitely does that. I have been doing it now for about 5 years. I have had two children and am now 45 years old and have more definition on my body than ever before. I have abdominal muscles that I did not even know existed! The workouts can be done in your home and only take about 20 minutes three times per week. I do it three times per week and do cardio three times per week. I have never felt or looked this good.
