I'm a "fat head" too... I lost 40 lbs in the last 3 years with the help of a trainer. I've managed to reach my goals (I'm 59 y/o, 5'4"and now weigh 135 and wear size but when I look at myself all I see is my "big" tummy! I know that I'm no longer fat but still can't help feeling like it at times. I still have my trainer and work out 2ce a week. I walk my 2 dogs several times a day and eat a low fat diet. I blame my weight gain on menopause and lack of exercise after Katrina. I weighed 135 to 140 before Katrina so now I feel I've come full circle and will stay active for the rest of my life.View Thread
