Hi I start my day with a protein smoothie. It helps me stay full til lunch. I blend 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein, 1 banana, some frozen raspberries, 1 bunch of power greens (I like the bag from Trader Joe's), a shake of cinnamon, and 1 cup of almond milk. Delicious! Then I find if I have a low fat protein with my meals and snacks and stay away from simple carbs, I'm satisfied and the weight comes off. Good luck!View Thread
I know what you mean about not wanting to be weighed in at the doctors office. Even when I am at my healthiest weight, I find it humiliating. I haven't been weighed by a nurse in over 20 years. I just say that I weighed myself this morning and the number is.... They have never taken issue with that. Good luck on your journey.View Thread
