Hi I am new to this site and to expanding my knowledge on better eating choices. My husband loves the chocolate chip cliff bars and eats on a day with a slim fast shake for lunch. Than he eats normal rest of the day and drinks tones of water and works out every day. I recentally start tasting some of these bars and I have to say I like the luna brand better. I can eat those, usually a half of one tho cuz i get a little full and tired of taste. I notice that they are high in fat caliories.....I was wonderding how healthy are these snack bars and how offten can they be eatean a day...to help loose weight and to maintain a weight lost goal, but still enjoy a bar? also can I eat half my bar and some friut like a cup of watermelon, would that be a healthy mid morning or mid afternoon snack? please respond thank you.View Thread
