1) You should really ignore the calorie counters. Your body is not like a car you calories in-calories out=0 does not mean your weight stays the same.
I'll describe what you should do based on visuals: 1) You can see the outline of abdominals muscles maybe even a two pack: You need to eat a lot more protein. I know that this sounds crazy and I also know that someone will comment negatively on this post almost immediately.
However, it does work. Here is what you need to do:
Every 4 hours consume 24-30 grams of protein Consume 25-30 grams within 1 hour of waking and within one hour of sleeping Avoid Fruits Green Veggies are your new best friend, eat as many of them as you want
EAT FATS! Meaning olive oil and almond butter are the best but going with peanut butter is ok.
2) If you are trying to lose a few extra pounds and cannot see that abdominal outline:
3) Stop doing "cardio" style things and start lifting weights! a. By adding muscle to your frame you are going to look better b. increased muscle will cause you to burn fat much faster c. Look at stronglifts.com for info
