We all know how lousy we feel after having eaten something "forbidden", such as cookies. One method I'm starting to use now when choosing what to eat is to stop and ask myself:
Is this food going to make me feel better? Will it help me be healthier? More alert?
Or will this food make me feel lousy (or sleepy!) in half an hour?
