Thanks for posting this Haylen. While I don't do a morning snack, it is still very interesting. I usually have a snack around 4:30pm. My "go to" breakfast is 1/2 C. All Bran with a sprinkle of raisins or strawberries and 1/2 C. reduced fat milk (I still cannot do the skim - yuck!). It generally holds me until lunch. On the weekends, I will scramble an egg and/or have turkey sausage to change things up a bit. For a while, I did yogurt every morning, but I had to take a break. I think the extra fiber and protein from the milk really help with my cereal choice.View Thread
