Well, of course you can do it! Find a program that gives you lots of support, maybe a WW type of group or WW themselves. I go to meetings at least once a week and often twice, it helps me keep on the right track and the members are wonderful. Don't expect to take off this weight quickly, I've lost 52 pounds over the year but keep on keeping on.View Thread
Having lost 70 pounds is a great victory. To keep losing try adding a fairly large apple daily to what you are already doing and see if that helps.View Thread
