I'm with 3point. Join a gym. Make it an unbreakable "meeting" with yourself (put it in your calendar). Get yourself an ipod/mp3 player (cause stationary bikes are boring), and start peddling until the weather cools off. View Thread
Hi BariBlue. I used to get really discouraged when I'd think about where I was and where I wanted to be ("I've got to lose 60 lbs!").
But then I just started thinking short term: "I want to lose 1 pound this week." That make it a whole lot easier and kept my attitude up (which is a very positive "vicious" cycle). View Thread
