I did not bypass, but I did have the lap band, lost 100 in one year, slipped at work and ruined by knee, 5 surgeries later a full knee replacement, needless to say exercise was nixxed, gained back 50 lbs. I have now started to eat real slowly, thoroughly chewing and in small bites, this gives my stomach a chance to tell my brain, that's enough. I do make sure I go around the plate and eat some of each food catagory, especially the veggies. I am down 7 lbs in almost 2 months.
