I'm kind of wondering the same thing. One of my doctors (very vitamin/holistic oriented) told me to drop gluten, dairy and caffeine from my diet. I can handle the caffeine, and have gotten used to almond milk, and most of the time stay gluten free, however recently I've been hearing a lot about how unhealthy it is to be on a gluten free diet if you don't have celiacs. I'm my no means in good shape, but I'm concerned that I'm missing grain-related nutrients. I'm going to try to meet with a nutritionist next week and get her opinion too.View Thread
