I have a question, I'm a 31 year old female (with 3 children), 5'11.5" tall and a size 8, but I still weigh 200 pounds. Yes, I know muscle weighs more than fat, but am I healthy? Or do scales go bad after some point in time(scale is 8years old)? My bmi based on just height and weight is 27.9. I don't get it, I was 175, 3 months ago and @24.4%.. I didn't just gain 25 pounds and be the same size? Someone please explain!View Thread
