I am a mother, wife, work full time and have and issue w/ depression. I always feel like there is not enough time in a day without including a workout. Now that I am trying to lose weight and find time to work out it seems like my depression gets worse. I have changed my diet & tried to include a workout atleast 5 times a day. I only get about 30min of working out every day which doesnt seem to be enough. I have been at it for about 2 months now and I'm only down 2lbs. I don't take any pills, shakes or anything just a change in food and exercise. Please help!View Thread
