Your answer really helped my wife see herself as she should. She is really relieved as she thought she was considerably overweight. The "Food and Fitness Planner" indicated that she was at a healthy weight, etc. for her age and height. It brought her relief. Of course, that made me most happy for her. So today you helped two fellow human beings have a happier life!
Thank you so very much!!

My wife is 66 years old, 5' 2" tall, weighs 129 lbs., and exercises 4-5
hours each week using a set of DVDs by one of Hollywoods top
personal trainers.
In the last four weeks she has gained 4 lbs. from 125 to 129. She eats very healthily and is very consistent in her dietary consumption. Her stress level has remained low and constant. No changes in sleep habits, medicine, etc. The thyroid is closely monitored.
1. She wants to know what she should weigh for her height and age.
2. Exactly what is the affect of aging on weight gain?
Sincerely,
