For me I quit smoking and gained 30 extra pounds. Plus-size is now the only option I have. I am now changing the way I eat,a life style change. In the hopes that I lose the wieght to be back in a size 10. I do believe thoe that some peoples builds are bigger and styled clothing should be something we all should be able to enjoy. Because you have a larger build doesn't mean you should'nt feel beautiful. I do agree we have become less interested in eating proper foods and a lack of exersize is a problem for many of us. We do need to change the way we feel about food and exersize. We need to be careful thoe that plus doesn't always mean fat. It seems to me your body tells you where you really are!View Thread
