Good Morning , I wanted to get your opinion's on this. For about a week and a half I have been making my own protein shakes. I drink one in the morning and one at night..However I am wondering if I am consuming too much calories and is the shakes doing more harm than helping. Let me know your thoughts, here are my ingredient's below; 6 to 8 ounces of 1% milkI small to medium banana1 table spoon natural peanut butter1 table spoon of dry roasted peanuts1 scoop of whey and Casein mix protein powder However after I drink this i am not hungry, I don't have my morning snack until 10:30-11View Thread
