1st: you have to be willing to make a lifestyle change for any "diet" to work. There is no miracle cure. I was ready to change my eating habits, drink more water and exercise at least 3 days a week. I walk about 30 minutes either outside or on the treadmill. 2nd: you have to FOLLOW all the instruction perfectly to see any kind of results. You have to find out by "trial and error" which dose works for you. I do the purple scoop 3 days a week in the morning and some days have to add a smaller scoop in the evening for reinforcement. On the other daysI skip the morning dose and then I use the silver scoop in the afternoon to help me get through my hard evenings. I tend to snack and binge in the evenings. The ist few times of drinking the mixture was extremely hard as I tried to chug it down. After a few mornings I realized that i have to chug as much as I can and then let the rest sit and I take a few bites at a time over the next hour with drinking water until I get the rest in. Again, it is not a miracle. But for me, it is helping me change my eating habits (portion control and making the right food choices that are better for my body), drinking more water and exercise. I have been trying to lose weight on my own for 2 years. going to the gym, trying to eat better, but the portion control is what always gets me or I do really good for a while then binge. Since a lot of weight lose is mental, for me I thought, why not have a little something to help me with my portion control. And I say it is. The anti-craving powder I mix with a little bit of crystal light in the evenings and usually it kicks that craving out. Once or twice I have given in to eating a peice of cake or brownie, but the difference is instead of eating 3-4 peices, I had 3 bites and was done. For me this has worked. I know that it will not work for everyone and for anyone looking for that "miracle diet", look some where else. This would not be for you.View Thread
