Hi kaykillen! the reason that your oatmeal diet didn't work so well is because oatmeal is thick and heavy and takes time for your body to break it down. you've already started eating again by the time your body's broken down the oatmeal so things are backing up on you. you're designed with everything you need to rip weight faster than any supplement can. trust me...i'm doing it. have a glorious, logical day!View Thread
Hello. Sorry I haven't check in for a little while. Been a little busy trying to put my book out and getting ready for my trip to japan at the end of this month. There are times when some people eat a big dinner, for example, and then 2 or 3 hours later they're hungry again. If this sort of thing happens to you try to be aware of what's going on. Some "hunger pains" are not hunger at all. It could be air moving in your stomach or just simple digestion. It takes a couple of days for food to get out of you so if you start getting hungry soon after you eat think to yourself, "am I really hungry? Does this make sense"? Trust me…your body will let you know when it's REALLY time to eat. Please be strong and don't give in to false hunger. Have a glorious, logical day! View Thread
Hello everyone. i've been bouncing around various peoples' posts and there's something that i need to address. There are a lot of people who are talking about how they're trying to cut down on calories and they're not sure how many calories are good or how many calories are bad or what someone told them about how many calories they should be taking in, etc. the list goes on and on. i would like to tell everyone, not just the select few that i personally replied to, that i have an opinion about that based on my experience. This is not going to require any "corporate"expertise or anything like that. When you step on the scale it's telling you about your weight...how much you WEIGH...not how many calories you are. maybe calories are important if you're a heavily active person but if you're just trying to lose weight then you have to look at things for what they truly are. if you drink 5 lbs of water you're going to gain 5 lbs, even though water has no calories in it. the scale is measuring WEIGHT, not calories. the important thing to remember when deciding if something is good to eat or not while dieting is how heavy is the food you're about to eat? don't look at the calories. just think for yourself. if you're eating something that's very dense or full of starch and things like that it's going to take much longer for your body to break it down. by the time it's broken down you would have already consumed your next meal. see how quickly and easily things can back up on you? that's all it is. please don't fall into these corporate games where they'll tell you to eat 3 times a day just to support the economy. don't let them tell you to lose 1-3 pounds a week just so they can make money on the comebacks. there's no money in it for them if they drop your weight for you the way that your body is capable of dropping it. Trust me. those companies that make money off of feeding peoples' addictions don't want you to lose the weight. the higher ups that sell you your medicine don't want you to get better. trust yourself and think naturally. losing weight is very easy. sometimes it's just a little difficult to de-program the way so many honest, beautiful people have been programmed for so long. i can lose 2 pounds in my sleep...literally. i laugh at these corporations but i honestly feel for all the good people who are unfortunately suckered into their little money games that don't include you. BE your own president! YOU are your boss! YOU are #1! Please KNOW that! Have a glorious, logical day!View Thread
Thanks PetuniaPea! I know exactly what you're saying. People would be pretty surprised at how easy life is when you keep things ABC. Great to hear that you're maintaining your weight now. You were ALWAYS in control. This is what i really want to help people understand. i can eat a large pizza by myself, a box of cheese-its, a bag of combos, a bag of doritos and a foot long wedge and still lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. i've already done that. i'm sure you're happy to be saving all that money from not blowing on things you don't need and don't appreciate anymore. Thanks again! Have a glorious, logical day!View Thread
Hi brunosbud! thanks for the reply. Yes, you're right. People live their lives in fear, negativity and stress these days. When you see people walking around like that it's a direct reflection of what they're thinking about. Constant negative thoughts like this send very damaging signals through your body and to your organs. the body slows down because of it and the weight loss becomes slow and drawn out. losing weight is free. it involves working less, not working harder. i love your comment on being a free country. all you have to do is turn on the tv for about 2 minutes to see just how "free" we are. People concentrate on that stuff too much. they fall into their game which is what they want so they can dumb people down, just to be able to convince people that they need to spend all their money on things that they already have. Their products do nothing but OWN people. People also fall into the myth that food helps with stress. People are pounding their bodies with food 24/7 these days but people are still under so much stress. I guess food doesn't work as well as they would like it to. thanks again for the reply. i enjoyed that. have a glorious, logical day!View Thread
Hello everyone. just got a reply to my post "Caught in a calorie battle". a very nice lady told me that the scale is a negative thing because it reminds you that you're failing and can make you feel worse. i wanted to share with everyone what i replied back to her. i told her... Yes, you're right. You don't necessarily HAVE TO focus on the scale...once you put your body into a weight losing "rhythm". when most people are starting out they need to "wake the body up". they need to snap the body out of a weight gaining rhythm or a kind of dormant rhythm. Unfortunately, a lot of people are lacking positive motivation when they're losing weight so they need to actually watch the weight falling off of them. if you check you weight 3 times a day and see that it's constantly falling, it becomes VERY motivating. This is one way that i helped my 60 year old mother lose 30 pounds like it was nothing. First, wake the body up and then let her see with her own eyes by watching the scale how quickly the weight was falling off. she understood how important it was to get out of her own way and don't break the body's rhythm. it gave her a feeling of power and self confidence that triggers switches in the body...naturally. Once you have CONTROL of yourself, then you don't need to check the scale so much because you KNOW it's working. So yes, i definitely agree with you on that and i'm very happy you shared that with me. i love to talk to those who can groove on the same topic as me so well. Thanks again and have a glorious, logical day!
That's what i told her. the scale is important. you must understand that the scale is an inanimate object that is there to help you catch yourself when you start to slip. if you don't check it then it's simply YOU vs. YOU. Have a glorious, logical day!View Thread
Hello rachael30554! if you're having difficult breathing i'm going to assume it's because your excess weight is suffocating you because have to stay seated all the time. in 2011 i lost 70 lbs in less than 5 months simply by becoming aware of WHAT i am, not who i am or what my job is. you have the greatest dietary supplements and pharmacy on the planet already in you. don't sell yourself out to pills and stuff like that unless you have a disease or something. if you're just trying to lose weight then it's a very easy thing. i just got finished losing 15 lbs in a week and a half. piece of cake! there are literally millions of people who jump into a diet by completely skipping over step 1. fortunately for you, because of your situation, losing weight is about working less, not working harder. it's about awareness! it's not about what corporation can own you by keeping you on their pills. You are naturally designed to lose weight. There's nothing wrong with you...just your strategy. trust me...i speak from experience, not from reciting something i read in a book or saw on tv. BE your own president! KNOW that you're divine! Keep your head up. i'm always here if you have a question or just need to talk. Have a glorious, logical day!View Thread
