I'm doing my sleeves gastric surgery in a few months. And I was wondering how was the surgery. What kind of food you tolerate. Try to use the tools you learn when you did your gastric surgery. Eat small portion of food and lost of vegetables and fruits. Use a small plate 10 inches and divide by four. Drink plenty of water and walk about 30 minutes going around the block and do it in the evening also. when you hungery eat baby carrots with hummus dressing eat 15 carrots and a side small cup of hummus dressing.
