I'm interested to find some people just starting out on a weight loss program. Looking quickly through here, there are a lot of advertisements, and I'm trying to find real people that are wanting a general weight loss program where we can encourage each other to be more healthy. I need to lose about 25 lbs. Thanks for any tips!View Thread
I have had good experience with taking a magnesium supplement to ward off leg cramps. You could get tested for magnesium levels, or just start taking a supplement am and pm and see if it starts to help.View Thread
Well, the good news is that there are lots of fresh veges in the stores right now and I have some in my garden as well. I'm trying to get into more mindful eating, being more aware of when I am really hungry.View Thread
