The past 2 weeks i have started to get stomach cramps after eating breakfast. I usually eat a quinoa/oat porridge with blueberries and almond milk and a coffee with soy milk and have eaten this breakfast for ages with no problems. The cramps come on about 15-20 mins after eating and can last as long as a couple of hours. I don't seem to get them after any other meal. I thought maybe if i change my breakfast it may help but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Toast caused the same problem, and a green smoothie actually made it worse. The only thing i can think may have initiated the problem was a round of antibiotics that i had a few weeks ago, These antibiotics caused me to have diarrhoea quite badly while i was on them. Other than that nothing else has changed- the type of food, the time i eat etc. Is there something i can do to end this?View Thread
