This might have been talked about on this board before, but I wasn't here. So I have a new Fitbit and I love tracking my steps burned calories and stair taken. But I have to put in my own calories which is not hard. but when I walk more it says I need to eat more. Now I have heard this before but not fully sure why, if I still eat 1200 a day wont I still lose weight? Does anyone have any literature on this?View Thread
