I'm trying to lose weight again. But is my approach wrong? I try to eat less than what I burn, but then I read about leptin today (when I read about the venus factor here ). Is really leptin that important? Is this why I don't lose weight? I try to work out 5 times a week. I've tried low-carb earlier, is this bad for leptin?
Hope someone can answer me, I don't want to start over at the "wrong" approcah.
