I have recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and am recently working with a cardiologist to see what is going on with my heart. I have gained about 20 pounds in the last year and try and eating healthy. But the weight keeps coming. My sleep is important to me or making the week of work is very hard. Up at seven , and get home at 6:15. Make supper and eat then in bed relaxing by 8:00 -8:30 most nights. Have no energy to do a lot of excercise so I do some stretching excersice so I am not so sore. Any suggestions to get more energy and drop some weight.View Thread
