There is an end and eating normal is possible as long as you look at eating normal as not overeating. If you learn healthier habits on the way to your goal-then those extra bbq servings may not be as appealing. I know that what I used to find a "normal" meal definitely isn't my normal anymore. Not because I am afraid to gain the weight and I certainly am not an exercise fiend-but because I just get queasy thinking about those portions now.View Thread
