I had a high bloodpressure crisis in Oct. 190/108 due to stress and anxiety. I reduced sodium by trying to use the DASH diet. I've eliminated a lot of processed foods and began exercising again and doing yoga again. Since Oct. I've lost over 10lbs, some of it due to diuretics added to my BP meds. I feel better and feel better. My goal is to get to 160lbs. Then I'll go from there.View Thread
