My Story:
hi, I am a 52 year old woman and looking to lose anywhere from 15 to 20 lbs before my birthday which is in june, started the food and fitness planner and I haved lost 1 1/2 lbs and like the fitness part of just the little things you do take calories off what you ate this is a very helpful site.
