Good job, Pi! I'm glad that you are not having to feel like pushing yourself, but instead have adapted to this new you! You sound happy, energized, healthy and more comfortable in your skin. Go buy some suspenders and keep up the good work. View Thread
As Pi was saying, this is a community where members can come together to motivate, find ideas and share insight towards dieting and finding better health for their bodies. We do not provide menus, but our site does have a number of tools to use as well as articles and others communities with experts, recipes, etc.
The WebMD Food-O-Meter is one tool that could be useful in trying to stick with a diet of a certain daily caloric intake. How would you describe your daily diet and exercise regimen at the moment? What are your strengths and weaknesses as far as weightloss is concerned? (ex. eating late, overeating, not sure which are "bad" foods and "good" foods, etc.)
There are wonderful members in this community that I'm sure would be glad to assist you with some ideas and lots of support! Please keep us posted and take care! View Thread
Ploy! It doesn't sound like you did THAT bad! At least you are conscientious and striving for your goal. It is okay for us to enjoy ourselves as long as we don't forget to keep working the next day for that goal. If you have a "bad" day, put an extra exercise in the next. I regularly loose and gain a pound everyday from water weight and just regulating good days and bad. You will do fine as long as you don't give up! You can reach your goal!
I LOVE this idea with dating! How fun and what a great way to keep things fresh! You should think of posting this in the WebMD Relationships & Coping Community , I'm sure other members would enjoy this dating plan.
Good job on not over-indulging with the family as well. Sounds like a great weekend! View Thread

How was your weekend? Do anything special? Anything to brag about, health related or not?
My mother came to town, so I was lucky to sleep in on Saturday, while she hung out with her granddaughter! YAY! We didn't overeat, which was pleasantly unusual for our family gatherings, but did have a few rich dishes that we shared over the weekend. On Sunday, we worked off our brunch doing much needed yard work, which was fun and kept us moving!View Thread
I haven't had any experience with Isagenix, but do hope that you speak with your doctor about taking this diet supplement before trying it. I would hate for you to have a negative short- or long-term effect. Please take care and keep us posted!View Thread
