I am now overeating everyday when I am stressed. I am 55kg and I was 51kg last year and 47kg two years ago. I need to reduce my weight back to 47kg because I look bad when wearing jeans(my hips and abdominal are pretty HUGE)
Can anyone suggest me a healthy diet and exercise plan? This is not the first time for me to diet and I accept every possible plans that can make me lose 2pounds a week(except I can only afford 30mins exercise/day because of homework and also extracurriculars)
I can't stop myself from eating snacks when I am studying!Especially sweet food. What should I do?View Thread
