I seriously think you might need a little counseling if you feel like a cow at your totally normal and healthy weight. a doc. would not tell you to lose any you are thin.. skinny even at a size 4 at our height. I've had body image issues for years and when i was a size 0/2 and not eating i was losing hair exhausted all of the time and now looking back at photos sick looking. It takes time and help to cope with body issues and i think you may need some help.. but i'm not a professional by any means.View Thread

B-fast : Fruit (Honeydew melon, watermelon, peach, strawberries.. something like that)
Lunch: Salad (Chicken salad with extra veggies, fruits and nuts)
Snack sugar free 60 calorie chocolate jello snack cup (love that stuff!!)
Dinner: Broccoli, Meat (Fish, poultry or lean beef) side salad
Snack: Small spoonful of creamy peanut butter
I have been "cheating" and a couple times a week i heat a non fat frozen yogurt which of course has sugar in it.. but i'm still losing weight, feeling better, have so much more energy!! I am going to add in whole wheat carbs in a couple of weeks... and also add in more exercise once we are settled in our new home!View Thread

I only eat whole grains, fresh fruit, veggies and once a day i will have non fat frozen yogurt. Of course an Occassional less than healthy item a day (i can't totally deprive myself or i would go crazy!!) No Sodas, No candy, No chips...View Thread
