Is it overwhelming to any else to know what you SHOULD be doing and not KNOW how to begin?! I'm a mother of 4. Since I had my third child I have struggled with losing weight and my body image. I am 5'5" and I weigh 160. While this number stays put, I just hate myself more and more.I think I've become obsessed with food. I drink 4 pops a day, barely any water and I want sugar sugar sugar. I've got issues!
