I am just 19 years old, and to most people I'm a good size. The only problem is that I have put on some excess weight since I started college. All I want to do is get back down to 180. Losing 20 pounds is so hard! I have been using a food diary every day and I notice that I really do not eat that many calories every day. I actually eat less than 2000 a day, but I still can't seem to shed any pounds! I also believe that I need to get motivated to exercise more. I'm hoping that by joining this community that I will be able to get this excess weight off and feel better when I step into a pair of my jeans.
