I am a 63 yr old woman, 10 yrs ago weighed 520 lb, now 320 lb. but in that time I have yoyo'd 60-100 lb many times. My basic health is remarkably good, no diabetes, low cholesterol, normal blood pressure...bad knees, otherwise ok.
But the knees are getting worse, and I am too heavy for knee replacement. Taking methadone for pain but not every day.
gym, water aerobics, weight room most days.
I am trying juicing after watching movie "fat, sick, and nearly dead" also interested in Dr gundry diet. Looking for help!View Thread
