Hi, I am trying to lose my last 7.5 pounds for bathing suit season and for a wedding that I am attending in August. My target daily calorie intake according to WebMD's diet planner is 1200 calories. I am having a hard time getting there. I am always 300-400 calories short, so that means I only eat 800-900 calories per day. I am scared that I am not getting enough nutrition. Well, I know it is easy to say "Eat more!" but I am full every meal and if I eat any more food, I feel very bloated, making me feel like i am over-eating. I used to over-eat but since I start to watch how much I eat and what I eat, my eating habits are back to where it used to be except for the weekends which are my "cheat" days.
