personally, absolutely no carbs after 6pm. meals in general, nothing after 8pm. I've done the no carbs after 6pm for Lent, and successfully lost weight without feeling like I was on a diet. Success to you! View Thread

Lisa0202, new too was wondering what you've done differently since your first posting, that has helped you lose the 10 lbs. Eating less? and/or exercising harder?
