I am desperate to lose 10 pounds. I weigh 132 pounds. height 163 cm. And I am 27. I have tried the south beach diet, It worked but it is restrictive. And I exercise 2 times a week (spinning, walking, abs, squats). I cant do more than that. Please advise. Also, when i am not dieting I eat a maximum of 1200 calories, although it is advised I eat around 1700 calories!
