I have always been active and pretty consistent with working-out but lately I've neglected to make time and have been using school as an excuse. I still eat pretty healthy but the working out has come to a halt. Today I begin my efforts towards gaining back that healthy lifestyle I once led.
My goal is about 15Ib but I don't just want to focus on numbers yet a regimen that I can accomplish a more lean and fit physique. I joined this site to keep me grounded and to seek motivation because I tend to have times where no matter how hard I'm working my body plateaus. I hope to find support during those frustrating plateaus. I'm pretty excited to get back into this and look forward to the interaction with you all who are on the same journey.
