After a 6 month break I am ready to get back in shape. I feel it is necessary for me to feel better. My hubs loves me no matter what, but noticed the "tummy pooch" and is completely supportive. Just started and walking three times a week isnt doing it. What to do? Help? I know I can find the time, it is a matter of self-motiation. Help?View Thread
Good Morning - I have a couple ideas for you. If you have an Aldi's grocery store, please go there to buy your chicken, it is by far cheaper $5.00 per bag. Their produce is awesome, I always buy the the apples, strawberries when in season and many other fruits and veggies to add to my plate. There is a blog "Why I shop at Aldi's" on Pintrest that will help navigate through the store. You can use frozen veggies, they are way cheaper and you can split them into at least three meals. The fish there isn't great but can work. What about Tuna Cakes, those are cheaper than Salmon and tastes great. Quinoa is new to me, looks alot like couscous. I would stick with rice. Brown if you can get it. Pork can get pricey but you can find it on sale. Also Tofu if you like it. might work. Hope that helps.View Thread
